He stuck with me for MONTHS as 4 or 5 houses fell through due to hoa and insurance issues, but never gave up. He was willing to drive 2 hours south, an hour west and 2 hours north just to make sure I found the perfect home. “When I learned that David Bredahl had gone into real estate I knew he was the agent I needed to help me sell the house I had inherited from my father 9 years ago. David helped me locate quality craftspeople who would make renovations and clean the property to make it show worthy. He researched the area sales prices and suggested a selling price, provided backup for everything he suggested and even estimated the amount of time it would take to sell the property. That estimate was scarily accurate. Through it all David kept me informed, watched out for my best interests, and provided me with timely information about showings and offers.
